The Small Sweepers are good for indoor use and are great at getting in tight spots and under tables and chairs.  They are lighter and shorter than an average broom and are perfect in the kitchen..  They come to just at or below chest high on an average person.  They are perfect for shorter folks and those who prefer a lighter broom.  In horse terms, these would be a Shetland pony

The Medium Sweepers are the most common sized broom.  They are the prefect all around indoor and outdoor, kitchen and porch broom.  They typically come between chest and eye level on an average person.   If you are in doubt about what size to order, go with a medium sized sweeper.  In horse terms, These are perfect riding horses.

The Large sweepers are taller and have the widest sweeping head.  They are meant for use as a porch, garage, shop, and barn broom.  They like wide open spaces and need a little muscle to sweep with them.  The Fancy version of the Large Sweep tends to be so beautiful many folks use them as a wall hanging and that’s okay too..  a Large sweep would be eye level and above on an average sized person.  In horse terms these are Draft horses, like a Clydesdale, Big, Strong, Heavy and hard working.
